Wild Common Tequila Blanco is a bold, honest formulation of agave, created with nothing to hide. Produced at the historic Cascahuin distillery under the guidance of Master Distiller Salvador “Chava” Rosales Trejo and his family, this tequila celebrates traditional methods and sustainable practices. Roasted for 72 hours in small brick ovens, the agave is crushed using a stone Tahona and roller mill, then naturally fermented with agave fibers before being double-distilled to proof in stainless and copper pot stills. At 50% alcohol by volume (ABV) and 100 proof, it delivers clean, bold agave flavors with bright citrus, cinnamon, and anise notes, complemented by a velvety mouthfeel and a long, warm, complex finish.
Perfect for agave purists, this additive-free tequila can be enjoyed neat, over ice, or in cocktails that demand the authentic taste of highlands agave.
Aroma: Bright citrus, cinnamon, and anise.
Palate: Bold agave flavor with a smooth, velvety texture.
